Oops I Did It Again

Ok, if I did not know better, I'd say this was my TOM.  I'm cranky, have a break out and bloated.  WI did not go well yesterday, it appears I'm up 1.5lbs.  I totally fell off the WW wagon last week.  This week I am going to focus on one change, soda pop.  I have quit this stuff before, but its time to do it for good.  This liquid nitrate going into my system is empty of any nutrional value and it needs to stop.  I am going to refuse to buy it anymore for the family.  So if they want it, they'll have to go get it themselves.  Its a special trip anyways for me to go get soda.  I get it from Target because that is the cheapest place they sell pepsi or coke products.  Then I also have to shop at Walmart for my dry goods and a grocers for the cold stuff.  Crazy. So this will not only help me from a weight management, but also a time management perspective.  At least that's my story, and I'm sticking to it.  So wish me luck this week on my quest to go cold turkey and have no more soda! 

I also made a May goal.  Since I did not lose five pounds in April, I have upped the anty and am going to try and lose ten pounds for the month of May.  It is just a goal and something to work towards.  So here is to the Month of May, no more soda and hopefully a loss of 10 pounds.

    You know what stopped me from drinking soda.... back in the 80's, I toured Europe, things there may be different now, but back then I could NOT get a decent glass of water there.... everything was 'sparkling' ... ALL water was carbonated and NOT refrigerated.  I was SO thirsty and could not get regular cool water..... so when I got home, I never wanted to LOOK at another carbonated drink.... it was literally years before I could drink soda again, and still I only have one maybe a couple times a year.

    You can do it girl just take it one bite at a time and no soda's those things are nothing but hip huggers and not the flattering kind lol
