One great trend at AOL, as well as a number of companies, is that employees not only are allowed to blog - but are encouraged to blog. As a geek, I love to hear about AOL's tools and products from the actual developers, not the marketing department. And I try to aggregate the really cool stuff here in my blog.

I used to try to link all of those blogs, but it's getting difficult. So here's a couple places where more comprehensive lists are being maintained:
