Hearing Beth Orton, Heart of Soul
Hi folks -- hope you had a great Thanksgiving.
Right now, I'm going through the mail that piled up over the holiday weekend, and working on answering a few questions that some of you sent in.
One of the challenges of blogging in support of a product like AIM Pages, is that you want to be able to help individuals fix their problems or try new features, but you also need to help the most people you can. And there are only so many hours in a day.
Doing one-to-one help can be gratifying, but it takes time, and even if you succeed brilliantly, if you let it end there, you've only helped one person.
There are a whole lot of other folks out there.
The best way that I've figured out how to balance the need to fix individual people's problems and still help as many folks as I can, is to take what I do when I help individuals, and turn that stuff into a blog entry, tutorial or other help resource that can help lots of people.
It's a work in progress.
Anyway, I mentioned on Wednesday that I would have some fresh pics of the Christmas tree they were putting up in the lobby, so here they are:
Thanks -- Joe

Funny, it looked bigger somehow last year.
Taken from upstairs, looking down.
