So far out of the 8 Horror Fest films for 2006 , I have seen 6.
As it stands right now , this one is my favorite.
I think it will remain my favorite but only time will tell.
: )
This sort of reminded me of Poltergeist in a few ways , but not completely.
Also , I like how this has substance - I didnt think the others before it were as gripping.
This has cool effects , which - in my opinion - one might expect in a horror film.
This kept me waiting to see what would happen next - without ever stopping to wonder and the others before this didnt.
I like this....oh yeah...
Released November 18th in the US.
Filmed entirely in North Carolina.
The story : Harris , Kira and Sid have recently and suddenly lost their college buddy.
The friends get together and decide to go to the cemetery where the funeral was and say goodbye to their friend on their own terms.
While there , they dance - what they think is just a silly , good time jig on some graves.
But - the next day , they begin to get wind that theyve actually conjured up some really nasty spirits that will not stop getting their haunt-on until the three friends are dead and buried.
