Scott Baio is a jerk!

Scott Baio is 46 and pregnant.  HA!

wa wa wa!  Scott Baio was one of my heart throb teen idols.  I loved him in Happy Days, Charles in Charge, and even Diagnosis Murder.  I laughed when I saw his new show "Scott Baio is 46 and Single!" and thought I'd tune in to it.  I watched it for a while, thinking, eh, he's not so great.  Certainly he is "fine on the eyes," but - a little odd in my book.  I watched him visit with old girl friends who basically told him what is wrong with him. It was an 'ok' show.

BUT....

I watched the first episode of his newest show - Scott Baio is 46 and Pregnant, and you know, I don't think I like this guy anymore.  He found out his fiancee is pregnant and he flipped out.  Everything he has said has been about how much it's going to change HIS life, how HIS life is over.  He went house shopping and wants a big enough house so that he can have HIS time alone.

Scott, you are a jerk!  Yes, your life will change, you lucky dog!  In your ranting and raving and talking about how much you aren't sure....I want you to think about 2 things.  First of all you should be DAMN thankful that GOD has BLESSED you with this wonderful gift.  You are going to be the DAD of a lovely daughter, who absolutely will change your life --- and my guess is, for the better.

Secondly,  you are so fortunate.  Some of us in the world have not been blessed with such a wonderful gift.  Some of us still sit with empty hearts and arms, just wisihing to hear those words "You are going to be a mom / dad."  Some of may never hear those words.  Think about that! 

I don't think I wil be watching that show anymore.  Scott, grow up already, your boyish charm just doesn't work anymore.

  Today Scott Baio has lost a fan.

    You could always email his manager or publicist - they will pass on the message.

    Never watched that show...seeing as I don't have cable or satellite, but I can understand why you'd feel that way about it.  That is pretty selfish of him to think only about HIMself.  I hope you don't feel that way about my new journal.  What I mean is I hope I don't come off in a bad way in there.  KWIM?  Anyways I'll ttyl!
