Navigating the AOL Pictures Print and Gift Store

The AOL Print Store allows you to order gifts and prints from your digital photos. It has a great selection of gifts - calendars, photo books, t-shirts - even a nice teddy bear!
Getting to the store
To get to the Print Store at any time, you can press the "Print Store" button on the tab bar. This appears on every AOL Pictures screen. If your shopping cart is empty, you will be directed to the store catalog. If you have items in your cart, it will direct you to the cart.
Ordering from My Albums
When in My Albums, you'll notice an "Order" button on the toolbar. Click on this, and it will add any of the currently selected images to your cart, and by default they are 4x6 photos.
Navigating the Shopping Cart
When in the Shopping Cart, you can add more pictures or create other gifts very easily. You'll see in the graphic below to add more pictures select "Add Pictures" which is at the bottom of the shopping cart. To create a gift (like a calendar) - select the gift from the drop down list.

I ordered a large puzzle "express" on May 4th and have yet to recieve it. It was supposed to be a mother's day present. I want my money back because guess what, mother's day is over!

This is totally rediculous that a company can not provide tracking information on orders. I have placed three orders w/ aol pictures - 2 of the 3 orders were shipped so late I missed the dates to use the gifts for presents. It takes two days for them to respond to an email inquiry. Next time I will order from WalMart - same gift items, cheaper prices and you can have delivered to a store close to you, or shipped to your desired location....and you get immediate responses to shipping and tracking info with a reply to an email in less than 5 minutes!

I'm having a major problem navigating the site, or something is wrong.
I ordered the 100 free prints back in early January. Never got them. AOL Print store emailed me and said they were refunding the shipping charge, and giving me 100 print credits for 4x6 photos.
Well, where are the credits? I can't find any link or button that will take me to where I can verify the credits.
And if I go through the trouble of adding 100 4x6 prints to an order, and enter all of my info, I get to a screen where I am being charged the full price for 100 prints plus shipping, with no 100 print credits in sight.
