Photos say it all....
I reflected on the comments from the "Photo of the Day" post. The photo of the unknown soldier gave pause to many of us. It is such a powerful symbol of the past, and the future.
My own little story puts this in perspective for me. Moving house 4 months ago, I came across many old photo albums, that were covered in dust.... Instead of continuing to pack, I sat down and went through each of the photo albums. I must have spent at least an hour (if not two) looking at various photos in dusty old albums.
Photo's do that. They invoke happiness, sadness, delight, laughter, tears... they just speak for themselves.
