Baby Pandas Galore

In what's perhaps the most adorable footage we've ever seen, nine newly delivered pandas were presented to the media in southwest China's Sichuan Province recently. We suppose you might call it panda-monium. (We're totally groaning over our bad pun, but we couldn't help but make it anyway.)

I LOVE PANDAS, I SAW MY 1ST PANDAS IN HONG KONG & IT WAS MESMERIZING & NOW I HOPE TO GO INTO MAINLAND THIS NOVEMBER & SEE THEM TOO.
XOXOXO TO ALL THE LITTLE ONES. -
OMGOSH!!!! They are so adorable. And I say congrats to China for adding to the population, of such a rare and exotic breed of animal. It's nice to see that people , no matter where they are in our great big world, that are trying and succeeding in getting these beautiful and exotic animals to reproduce in capitavity. Being that they are so shy, secretive and, notoriously hard to get to breed in captivity. It's always nice to see anyone, trying to keep them, and any other animal that is close to becoming exitinct, from becoming extinct. I love panda's and I am always happy to hear of any successful births, be it in China, any other country, state or whereever. Bravo I say, and continue the great success, we can always use more pandas to help to continue to build up their population. So that we won't lose them, like we have lost so many other wonderful other animlas to extinction in the past.

I love how the last poster generalizes a whole entire race. How dare you call the Chinese people primitive when your ancestors were eating off the floor with their hands while the Chinese people were already living eons in civiliation. Nice that you're sticking up for the animals, but you should quote some reliable sources before you make frivilous accusations. Also, when you resort to generalizations, especially about a race of people, it just weakens your argument...which was what again?

The Chinese are saving the Pandas BECAUSE of pressure from the world. They don't understand the migratory needs of the Panda's, because they eat only bamboo, so when have to follow the rippening bamboo, they get stranded on slivers of land and can't get the best for their died.
The Chinese do not have names for most animals, they call them 'things that move', and are horrible in their disregard for endangered species.
They are the #1 consumer of TIGERS!!!! They use the feet for TIGER PAW SOUP!
India has been complicit in this, and has been faking the numbers of TIGERS left in the wild - which conversationalist feel is under 2,000 . . . there were 60,000 to 80,000 in india in the 50's - now they are decimated.
The Chinese deserve credit for one thing - killing off the Rhino, for it's horn (so they can 'get it up'), the Elephant so they can carve swords and other things and the Tiger. They are a very thoughtless primitive people who care little about saving the endangered species.
