COnfessions of a MAD Antique Dealer

Today was national ethnic day.  We a a number of Hassidic families, and a Mennonite family...who has been comig for 20 years. We clal the DADDY the "egg man" koo koo kachoo"(in honor of the beetles album-Magical Mystery tour) The egg man and his wife, who wears what looks like a lace yarmulka,, and she is a gorgeous woman....no make up either of about 50. They just got back for  a month in England, Italy and Switzerland.....and came ot pick up  a bunch of great stuff they boought on the way to the airport last month.  They are very fine, religous and kind people.

For a miserable DOg Day in August we had a lot of people.  I bought a new brand of ice cream today, Immodium fudge. HMMM....things a a bit better, but not up to par. John is on day three of no complaining about pain in his teeth and JAW, Dr Karpus is doing a great job rebuilding JOhns mouth after another NYC Dentist...whose name I will post later....really screw JOhn Up.....

Poor Buddy...there were a lot of children in the store today..but since they were all Hassidic, he had no one to play with. Hassidics are usually dreadfully afraid of dogs.It is genetic and pathological.  There is one Hungarian dog called a Puli...that if a dog can look Hassidic..this is the dog. It is completly filled with Pasis...or the curls yousee on Hassidic men.  I never did see one of the Poulis wearing a yarmulka, or prayer shawl.  We call also, say the Poulis are Rastafarian Dogs..with dreadlocks.Just in case, any of my wonderful HAssidic or Jamaic customers reads my blog, all of the above is just for fun. Stayed tuned to find out what happened at tonights barbcue....ar Richys house. I am getting my Bear Repellent out...because Richy had one up a tree in his back yeard a few weeks ago...am anxious to see his new house. I am very very proud of him.
