Finally we have weather where we can actually breathe again. We got in a hunge  amount of super fabulous stuff. A quick list..Pix might follow tomorrow, or check website at www.grannysatticnj.com  a 9 foot inlaid rosewood bar and back bar, marble top, a life size pig and sheep(cute as hell) a carousel horse, hand carved and painted 3/4 life size, a lot of shabby chic painted furniture (flowers etc) cupboards,MAHAG Rocking chair 1950's retro boomerang table and pole lamp, a bronze fountain of a boy on a log fishing, and a little fairy fountain, outrageous tiffany style lamps, looks like the real thing, white washed tall back arm chairs with silk fabric,incredibel meisen type porcelain mounted in bronze, bronze and porcelain vases, urns, and outrageous centerpieces, a 24foot truck filled. A matching 1919 triple mirrored inlaid dresser and higboy(must be refinihsed)...incredibele folidng screen, painted, gilded and has a mirred with carved flowers overlaing it.,Hand paininted indian dressing screens, etcetc

  Recipe for the day: Lamb&dill Palchinta(blintzes-from my cookbook called GET STUFFED/// cut up and chop one large inion and saute in butter. when onions is soft, ad two cups of coarsely ground lamp, add salt and pepper to taste,  table sppon of chopped dill and suate till all red it out of it.  Drain in a strainer to remove lamb fat and butter.  Add to a cup of cour cream two table spoons of chopped fresh dill and two tablspoon of fresh chopped parsely. Let sit for an hour in the refrigerator.   WHen ready to serve reheat the lamp mixture. Put a few tablespoons on one edge of the palachinta(blintz) cover with a nice amout of the sour cream sauce and roll up.....but a bit of the suace on top. HMMMMMMM

Here is news, one of my customers is opening up a new Restarant in Ramsey on Rt 17 called MC Cleans, it wil be a Steak House with a Carribean flair. The Mc Cleans are really from the Caribean, and love to cook. THe Chefs are the new oweners...the Mc Clean bothers....and one of their wives.  Go on grand opening night...you will be amamzed how good their food will be. (I had a preview  hmmmm)If you go please tell them MAury form Grannys aTTIC SENT YOU.. maybe you will get a free coffee or something...and I will get brownie points.. They are customers. The Hostess station,  a fabulous French sideboard came from here.....THey are in one of the hotels...I think its the Ramamda inn, but at this hour I can hardly think
