BEST BAR B QUE RIBS I HAVE MADE...... sIMPLE YET VERY TASY.....PUT THE RACK OF RIBS CUT INTO TWO OR THREE SECTIONS IN A BIG PLASTIC BOWL.....I covered all sides, with soy sauce, powdered garlic, and equal. YOu can add some ground fresh ginger.....add a few hits of vinegar....and turn the ribs over and over to covere them iwth the mix and then refrigerate.....for at least 4 hours....overnight would be great...every hour or so turn them around to keep them coated.  The put in foil and cook for 45 min in 350 oven.  LIGHT a good charcoal fire to red hot....Made a sauce using peach or apricot jam, vinegar, soysauce,l tobasco, and garlic powder....thin with a little wine or water....so you can baste the ribs....keep turning them and basting them till slightly burned on the outside and no longer pink on the inside...  Serve with some moreo fthe apricot sauce, and or chinese mustard...

This little bitch, was going up to 100 miles an hour they claim....Amamzing, that she was able to conrol the car at that age if she was sober..but drunk..I think we have found a future NASCAR FEMALE DRIVER.
