COnfessions of a MAD Antique Dealer

I usually write my blog late at night, when I feel inspired...and after I finish working on internet classifieds..advertising my wares, or looking and searching and hunting to buy things for the shop.  I no longer have the time or energy to go schlepping into the wilderness...into the hills of PENN, or into the wilds of NJ....or the foot hills of NY STATE.......so I search the world from my leather office chair(which turned out to be faux leather)

Lately, and especially since I came down with chronic bronchitis, I didn't have the energy, the will, or the burinng creative desire to do my blog... It seems, there was nothing I wanted to get off my chest, except the cause of my coughing.  There were no interesting customers..or new idiosyncratic people......except the return of MR STINK FOOT, who is really getting to be a cerebral hemmhroid .

Lately I have started watching TV again, which is mostly very boring.....Last night was a supposed reality show about a bunch of guys searching for a 60foot ANACONDA in BRAZIl...with all the hype, scary music, and night time photography in the jungle of BRAZIL....all they caught was a small BOA CONSTRICTURE...before they called it quits.. What a let down.  Then there was a rediculous reality show, where a sex change has to choose from a group of men (using the term very loosly)...to be her lover. Each week they eliminate one of them Once a fight almost broke out...another one turns out to be a LEsbian who had a sex change.

I am trying to put on a photo of my truck that I am donating to SAINT HUBERTS DOG SHELTER.....But for some reason it wont come up.....and I have always taken phots and put it on here>>>>I gues the camera or computer is very tempermental tonight. ST HUBERTS is a shelter..where my sister got BAILEY from...a most incredibel dog, that can almost talk..well, he can talk...just not sure exactly in what language..but he even seems to form complete sentences....We painted over the workiding and paintings on the truck so no one came blame us for anything.....ITS a huge 24footer....so  this I guess is the end of an era..ten years ago,a freind of mne  MARTIN came from Amsterdam and painted this truck and another one...which is still on the road....Hope that I can send the photo later.

I just spent about 30 minutes or so trying to figure out how to post the pix of the truck, and I have come to the conclusion that I am either brain dead, or the computer is refusing to cooperate and put that photo in.

Mr Stinky foot offered to buy the truck..he said, "I would take it up to my property and burn it?" I really wanted to hear that...Its sad enough to have to get rid of it...its a work of art as you will see if I can figure out how to send the photos.
