Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations

I dropped my trusty Treo 600 pretty bad recently and the microphone doesn't work properly any more :(   The screen is fine but people can't hear me ... it works though using the wired hands-free...

I guess it was time to upgrade anyways :)  The only question now is should I just get a Treo 650 NOW or wait a few months(?) for the Treo 700p. I'm certainly not going for the 700w as that has several bugs and also the screen is 240x240 rather than PalmOs's 320x320.

This will be my 4th Palm device (after the original Handspring Visor Deluxe (Ice), Treo 180 and the broken Treo 600). One thing is for sure, I can never go back to having just a cell phone now...
