AMMERICA SUCKS!

You know, as I sit here amongst the boxes and piles of memories, at a loss of what goes into the trash dump and what can be salvaged, I can't help but to think...........

How many current Schlotzsky's franchisees are sitting out there thanking their lucky stars that they dodged the bullet.....how many are saying ...geee that sucks, glad its not me....could have been me....lucky me......?

How many of you out there could easily have taken our place, having invested every penny to your name in the "Brand", just knowing that it was "the right thing to do", going against what we have always heard about spreading out your risk so as not to end up without anything in the end...how many? .....how many of you benefited from what Fermin and I stood up for and fought against?

Yet, in your silence....you reaped the benefits and "dodged that bullet". Is that the way you have always lived your life...just outside the "uncomfortable zone"? Catching the fall out of those who stood up against those who thought they could just push you aside?

Is that really the way you have always lived your life?

Letting others suffer the wrath while you stood silently in the shadows? I pity you, for in my last breath of existence on this earth I know that in my actions I have been an example for those to come, those who will continue to stand up against the wrong and the unjust, that I have passed on to at least one person in this world who will carry on this duty so that the "many" will benefit from my sacrifices.

I can hold my head up high and truly say that I fought a noble battle against "true evil" and yet to many it may well seem that I have lost, but not so!

I have taught at least ONE to carry on, to continue the fight......I have shown MANY, that there will always be those who can not fight for themselves and there will always be those who will hide in the shadows, cowards, without the morals or ethics to stand up against those who seek to better themselves at the expense others.

Those who have sadly taken on the "everyman/woman" for themselves attitude. Those who could have very easily stood up and just said NO!, it is one for all or all for none! On your very souls rests the suffering of my children, the innocents of this world.

Some will say choices where made..........yes! choices were made...choices to stand up and be heard and not cower in the shadows.

Enjoy, enjoy what our sacrifice has given you...but be prepared to explain....be prepared to explain just why you chose the path you did, not to me...but to the ultimate judge...

..........the only one you will ultimately answer to in the end.

So be it.........
