Root Beer Ribs

Minnesota Vikings Team Chef
Team's Favorite BBQ Ribs
2-3 Slabs Skinned Baby Back Ribs
1-2 Tablespoons Each Salt Pepper, Garlic Pepper
Dry Rub Salt Pepper, paprika
1-2 Cans Root Beer

Method

Dry Rub Seasonings
Cover With Root Beer Marinate over night
<o:p></o:p>
Pre Heat oven 325 degree’s
Cover Ribs with Plastic Wrap and Aluminum Foil
Seal tight, bake 1 hour
Unwrap, re season ribs brush with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
Or Ken Davis I like to Dr. them up. Lemon, Tabasco, Garlic

Cut into 2-3 piece ribs
<o:p></o:p>
Bake 45 minuets longer serve
Twice Baked Potatoes
3-4 Idaho Baked Potatoes
Olive oil to coat Potatoes
Kosher Salt, Garlic Pepper as needed
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Blend
Optional Bacon Bits
Bake 60-70 minuets, let cool, Slice in Half
Scoop out Potato insides, reserve Skins in tact
In a medium bowl, add sour cream, Cheese, Bacon if you like, Seasoning's
Re stuff potatoes sprinkle with Paprika Cover with Aluminum Foil Heat on Grill 10-15 minuets
Summer Salad
3-4 Ripe Tomatoes
1 large cucumber
1 medium white or red onion
1/4 cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar
Dash Kosher Salt
Dash Fresh Ground Pepper
Add all in Bowl let sit 1 hour, serve

Today is the day! Everyone is in a great mood, and ready to show there suff. Menu tonight is Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Chicken Cordon Bleau, Scalloped potatoes, Rice and Gravy....And the full salad bar and dessert table....more to follow
