Knit One, Pearl Two!

You forget that the little things that surround you. That have become part of home yet end up being unusual for those who've never seen them. One, of the younger workers, kept commenting on a furniture piece.  I showed him how it worked and he took great delight in testing his co workers.

It's an old home school desk.  It belonged to my husband's uncle, when he was a boy in the 1920's.

  I just found my way back, Mary Ellen and am glad that I did.  I tend to over obligate myself and don't get half of what I want to get done on here.  Your projects are so lovely and the plants are beautiful and I enjoy your writings.  It makes it a pleasure to come here.  I tried to come here yesterday and there was nothing here.  I thought maybe you quit having this, but decided to try again.  I really enjoyed looking at the old home school desk.  I've never seen one of these.
  
  I've only gotten maybe halfway through the entries here, but need to go.  So, I will be back to finish these.
