    SMOKE SOME NATURAL CIGARETTES AND LOTSA WEED AND DO SOME UPPERS ONCE IN A WHILE,  GO TO A SAUNA & TAKE STEAM BATHS, TAKE LONG TIRING WALKS ON HOT DAYS,  DON'T EAT AMERICAN FAST FOOD, DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL,  STICK TO THE BASICS, HAVE PLENTY OF SEX...
