Feeling Happy

Friday the day of the locus awards

Yes, the second morning of World Con.  Last night I went out to eat dinner with the group of people mostly writers and me.
We ended up at an Irish Pub.  The food was presented well but the taste was so-so.  Interesting talk I learned about a cruise that Asimov's is doing.  The writers get to go for free everybody else has to pay $2000.00 or so.
Afterwards we went to the SFWA suite,  that's where most of these images are from.
The first image are two dealers, I think both are from the west side of the country.  Next is from the sfwa suite, Ms sf and an educator.  The younger and older sf short fiction folk.  The one person I did a head shot, an editor with a cute haircut.
An SF couple with the cute and fun, favorite locus table person.  Last image is one of the expatroits and the woman from Seattle.
I went to bed early.  I came back to the room and found several people, talking many of whom I had no clue who they were.  So I hung out for few minutes than gave it up and went to bed.  I slept well, and did't get up and go work out or walk.  I figured I will walk quite a bit today.
So I just laid in bed and used the time as just down alone time for awhile.  Now I'm doing this.
