Feeling Flirtatious

Sunday morning, more than halfway through

People I know in the dealers room.  This first image is of a jeweler, photographer artist and her daughter.  I know the mom lives in California, I'm not sure where the daughter is from.  Maybe New York or here Boston I've met her before but it's been awhile.  The Jeweler photographer artist is someone I've known for a number of years now.  A very interesting woman.
Next is the Georgian bookseller, sweet man.  He use to be involved with a friend of mine, it took her a long time to get over him.  I think she is now, but I haven't seen her in awhile. Ah, yes a jeweler whose work I really like.  Not that I don't like the other woman's jeweler, this woman's just speaks to me.  I have several of her peices, I guess because she especially does dragons that I feel connected to her and her work.  She is repairing a couple of older peices that I made for her.
The older gentleman with the beard is another book seller.  I think he's from Baltimore, he also runs cons.  He did a Baltimore worldcon back in the 80's and has chaired a couple of World Fantasys.  Ah!  The photographer from California, yes of course we photographers get to know one another here.  He does art photography and is a wonderful printer who does achival dye color transfers.  Nice person too, always friendly. The dragon lady, yes! another one who I own several of her peices.  If I had money I'd buy stuff from all these people, but since times are tough and it's hard, I just look and dream.
The tall guy with the receding hair line or hair of two colors is married to an author who I know.  They both live in New York, I use to see his wife alot when she was younger.  Now I only see them occasionaly.  They as a couple have turned into publishers, so they are here in the dealers room selling there wares.  I think they are such a cool couple, so creative and young.  Last is the publisher of a magazine, and former editor of a book publisher.  Strange how thinks change he left the big book company and bought a fiction magazine.  He told me once his father use to work at the Museum of Natural History in New York.  I think wow!  I love that museum, can you imagine working in it?
Must of been cool to have a dad working there.  I bet you could go there and see the back rooms and find out what people are working on there.  Ah but being the child or someonewho works there is not like living in another city an thinking how great a museum is.  Since his dad worked there he probably never wanted to go.  Prespective is always different.
