Feeling Chillin'

Ivan came and dumped rain on us

Yes, it was raining most of last night.  We had a little wind but nothing bad, not like a thunderstorm.
Hurricanes must lose whatever fuels them when they come inland.  By the time they get to us, they are just alot of rain.
My trip to Atlanta was canceled because of Ivan.  The chair person of the yac lives on the gulf coast.  So I'm pretty sure that is why it was canceled.  That was ok, I wasn't looking forward to driving in rain to Atlanta.
However I think Ivan has moved faster on land than originally thought.  This morning it's wet but is not raining and the sun even peeked out here a minute ago.  So if it's over here I assume it is moving fast, away from here, unless this is the eye of the storm I've heard about.
Surely not, it's close to nine and I woke up around 6:30am.  So that's a long lasting eye if it is.
I walked and saw 8 deer one was a fawn.  2 didn't want to move off the trail.  I had to get within 3 ft or less of them before they move.  So they were brazen this morning, all were does.
The images that are up are from the go carting, and afterwards the video gaming that the youth did this last Sunday night.  The last 3 images are from my location scouting to take photos of the country singer.  My next images will my favorite so far of him.  Interesting fellow, seems very ethical, very good looking, he has the look, and he seems to have the musical talent.  The question is does he have the drive.
I think of the drive as an very important part of a music career.  If you don't have the drive to do it, then there is no fuel for the engine to move.  That is my opinion, Everyone I've met in the biz has the drive in some shape form or fashion.
So we'll see if he can go anywhere and do anything.  If I was younger I might considered an affair with him.  Being older I think of him as a lost kid in some ways.  He's not a kid, and he's so together in some areas.  Other areas he doesn't have it together at all.  So tomorrow you'll see what this fellow looks like.  I think he looks like a cross between Kris Kristofferson and Barry Gibb.
