I put Tugie upon the bed and this is what she did. She got close to the edge so she could be close to me...she made herself at home with the benefit enrollment forms. This was not staged. None of these were. I reached behind me for the camera b/c it was cute. I told her I was glad she wanted to help me get these done.
I am down to having 29 employees to enter Life and Disability benefits for. That is about 7 hours of data entry time. I worked last night on them and then again tonight for about an hour and 1/2. Thanks for all your supporting comments as I've vented about where I was in the process all week. I was not able to work on these at work this morning b/c of tending to legal matters, an employee situation, and other stuff. So many things being ignored right now that it makes me nervous.

Hmm....Tugie says...."now which pile do I start on? How 'bout me taking care of this one!" She actually flipped the page up. LOL I think she was sniffing around for her raw hyde truth be known.
Well, Mom called me this morning to tell me that my Uncle Bill died. He was my Grandfather's brother. He was a very smart man, a very kind man, and always glad to see you when he saw you. He loved his family and his friends. He was once a sheriff too. He was one of 10 brothers in a family of 12. How I wish they had written a book compiled of all the brothers and their adventures and stories. Would have loved being a fly on the wall at their house when they were all young. Traits of these 10 men...throughout their adulthood, included bald heads. That was their trademark, I think. Fun to see pictures of the brothers all side by side. Uncle Bill and my grandfather's personalities were a lot alike and Mom and I talked about that. We love you Uncle Bill. You are special. The funeral is back home on Sunday at 2:00. I'm hoping to go.....but......

We have 1-3 inches of SNOW in our forecast for Saturday night. It depends on what happens there. But I'd like to be there at the funeral if I could.
There was real excitement tonight. I had called Mom to tell her it was going to snow and to see when Uncle Bill's funeral was. While we were talking my sister beeped in. Little Wayne fell and hit his head and he has a gash on the bridge of his nose and needs stitches. My sister had called Mom to come get Sweet E from the emergency room to spend the night. At first I had no information just that he had fallen, hit head and gone to emergency room. I just sat and the tears flowed and prayed. I was so scared. And I was so worried for my sister b/c it seems like it has been a tough road keeping Little Wayne healthy and just always so much going on. I know she is pulling her hair out with two. But Mom called back and told me that he was ok and would need stitches since it was a deep cut across the bridge of his nose. Pray for him and my sister and her family. So much going on all the time with the little ones. Parenting is hard.

Tugie says "hmmmm....these benefit forms have lots of smells on them....yep.....82 emps have dogs and 43 emps have cats...wow."
TheTeen's eyeball cake went over well (see previous entry for pics). I had a piece of cake too tonight.
Oh, tonight...TheTeen and I ate at Logans tonight...by the fireplace...nice...and we split a full rack of ribs and a baked potato but ordered an extra salad. It was great to do this. Just the right amount of food to not feel stuffed. It was very relaxing to sit and enjoy a meal like that.
Well, tomorrow we are going shopping. I have a few things to knock out as well as the rest of the family. Doesn't appear to be a cheap day by any means. But we must be frugal.
Well, take care. Another entry tomorrow night I hope. Perhaps with reports of snow?

Thank you for the lovely Chrsitmas Card...it is so pretty...will be hanging all my cards tomorrow. Tugie looks like a real paperwork pro...LOL So cute. We have nothing yet in the way of ice, they predicted...figures...we don't even have rain yet...someone really messed up on our weather. Hope you all have a lovely Sunday...sorry about your Uncle Bill...he sounded like a great man.
Hugs and lots of love,

So glad Lil Wayne is okay!!!! I know how hard it is. I had two in diapers at the same time and once Aaron fell right out of the high chair and cut his head. He has a big bump and a scar there to this day that have never gone away!!! Probably your prayers helped more than you know!! And I must say Tugie is just too cute!!!
