Today, I reflect the image that I would like others to see.

When you look in the mirror, whom do you see? Someone who is loving, kind, compassionate, caring and friendly? Or do you see a person who carries resentment, denial, anger, remorse and shame around with them? Most of us are a combination of both. We can choose to be either loving or hostile at any point of the day or night. Every day is a new beginning and we each have a choice of how we want to live each and every day of our lives, a day at a time, an hour at a time, or even a moment at a time. Choose well.
