Well, Ron came home, got a few phone calls, and now their on their way to Miami. Or, they're supposed to be as of this writing. At 1:00, the doctors were signing the papers to discharge Sara. Ron then scheduled to meet the airplane at Prior Field at 2:30.
See, God did it again. He got Sara where He wanted her. He got us the ALFA jet. A 2 hour flight is much better than a 4-6 hour flight(s) with layovers. I don't know if there will be any expense to us, but again, God'll handle it if we let him.
Ron was a little stressed. I just prayed for a little Pentecostal Prozac to be poured down on him.
I had to laugh this afternoon, when I finally got a shower & got ready to go to bed. I was putting on my facial moisturizer that Sara got me for Christmas (yes, I'm that old, hopefully I didn't wait to long to ward off the wrinkles). It's called "Hope in a Jar" literally, that is the name of it "Hope in a Jar" - so I thought, "How appropriate, I'm smearing hope all over my face and then I'll sleep, so maybe it will seep into my being...a little more Hope from God." I smiled to myself and now I'm going to sleep knowing that Ron and Sara are safe in the Father's hands.
On a P.S. note: if you haven't checked out Rick Burgess speaking at his son's funeral, go look at it on youtube....phenomenal. Gave me a new perspective on being a parent.
