Another day another dollar....poor Sara. She's miserable. If you've ever been laid up with the flu, you know how your body gets sore from being in bed too long. Imagine that for weeks on end...nothing gives her comfort. She has no body fat to protect her bottom tail bone.
Her stomach doesn't want to keep everything to its self, either. Offering up unwanted donations.
For any of our prayer warriors out there, there is a chance that Ron & Sara could join me on my flight home Thursday. Everyone agrees that she should go to her scheduled wedding (Sara has some serious doubts if she'd be able to fit in her bridesmaid dress this week with her fluid weight....) Allegiant Air has become our newest best friend....we can fly for reasonable prices (opposed to the $600/each/one-way tickets we have purchased before), as long as we fly on Sunday or Thursday (those are the only days they fly from Ft. Lauderdale to Huntsville). So, maybe God'll see fit to let things get better really fast. Isn't it time she caught a break?
The doctors said she did have a mild infection in her wound. They're pumping her with fluids, proteins, and some antibiotics to go with all her other drugs. It's nothing that she can't do at home, at this point.
So, maybe?
