Just when we thought things were messy enough with yesterday's announcement of a split between pop diva Whitney Houston and R&B bad boy Bobby Brown, court documents have been uncovered.

Apparently the multiple Grammy Award winning singer filed court documents seeking a legal separation last Friday, Sept. 8.

I suspect that this won't be the last we hear about this.

Hot damn, I was getting geared up for the Janet Jackson media blitz.

  Whitney, I went through a similar situation in my marriage. I have admired you as a woman in the entertainment world. Keep praying my Sistah and looking for the better things in life. Think about what it is that you really want for you and your daughter. I know your mother is happy to have her baby back. I look forward to seeing you come back with a bang. Hold your head up to the hills, (God) this is where your strength will come. Whenever you are feeling alone just fall to your knees and pray to the Father. He will see you through this.
