Feeling Mischievous
Hearing "Dig A Hole" by Jay-Z. This is flip-flop at its very best.

MISS NEW YORK: Oh, Heavens To Betsy!!!

By Karu F. Daniels, AOL Black Voices

The savvy marketing geniuses over at VH1 are on a roll today.

Today, the officially released some of the details for something that I, personally, have been hotly anticipating for the past few months:  Miss New York's very on spin-off show, 'I Love NY.'

The announcement reads:

"7.5 million viewers tuned in to see 'Flavor of Love' runner-up New York get kicked to the curb for the second time.  After being twice jilted by Flavor Flav, New York aka Tiffany Pollard was given the chance to find her one true love, as a fresh crop of twenty men are brought together to compete for her heart during VH1’s newest ‘celebreality’ show, "I Love New York" premiering on Monday, January 8 at 9 PM."

Choile, this sounds like MUCH.

And judging from these publicity photos -- it will be just that.

The fact that her zany mother (who I would like to see get her own show) is sitting there in the background -- high post -- is enough reason for me to TIVO.

For the black elite media who criticized 'Flavor of Love' for making the sisters looks bad, this seems like the best revenge -- I am sure the brothers on this show will show their tails.

Talk about getting the last laugh.

Let's just hope the broad formerly known as Tiffany Pollard will be laughing all the way to the bank with this one.

Please, share your thoughts.

BV Extras:

-- BV's very own TV Blogsmith Marcus Vanderberg doesn't believe the hype and is officially "flavored out."

-- Who in the devil is 'Flavor of Love Season Two' winner Deelishis, for real?

-- What does 'Flavor of Love' vixen Miss New York really have to say?

-- The scoop on Flavor Flav's new album.

-- Flavor Flav gets all the way live  on The RU Call.

Miss New York... Myself as a sista from New York Born and Bound... Do Have to say Tiffany is not a true New Yorker.. because there would be plenty of sista's who would kick her ass, she is a joke and i am laughing Because when a brother let's you down one time you don't go back for more.. a true New York woman doesn't do that..

I,m a white male who dates, exclusivly, black women, and she's not the one!!!  She has an EGO the size of Alaska. Some needs to stick it with a pin to deflate it and watch her float away !!!

Simply said; do you Ma, and do what works best for you and your camp.  First, finding new love wit doggs that realy have no love for you aside from TV fame; just keep it real with yourself, keep you dignity, self respect and work the hell out of this show, however, when you do find who YOU are you will find your REAL brotha not a TV side kick.  Flavor, if you read this in the begining; I truly thought  you were foolish and ignorant to put yourself out there as such; however, as the show progess, i respect you a Man, Father, Professional and a sick kick with truth to himself and that jump off at the monment.

New York, again do you and work the network and keep your dignity as a corporatae african american sister.

    Take care and stay focus...

    Holla.
