Feeling Chillin'

Range Rover Sport -- Nice leather and wood, but too tight.

Cadillac Escalade ESV -- HUGE! We almost lost Khoi in the back. Just a touch too normal.

Bentley Continental Flying Spur -- Reclining Seats, stylish, unique.

Best Back Seat
Ellen here. Today we've been going around trying to find the Best Back Seat here at the show. We sat in quite a few cars, but there was one that stood out from the rest.
But, first, let's talk about the runner up...the Rolls Royce Phantom.

Sitting in that car was wonderful (no pens inside, please, said the attendant). Mmmm...the leather in that back seat was like butta! And the blue, soft shag carpet made me want to take my shoes off (but that probably wouldn't have been prudent). There were huge screens right in front of you - no squinting or straining your neck for these riders. And, the icing on the cake...you'll never get wet again...should it rain, an umbrella is conveniently tucked inside the frame of the door. (-Ed Note: Even though this car didn't win the overall award, you can just tell it is special the moment you sit in it. No other car had the same 'soul', just made you want tea and crumpets)
Now, I believed that Rolls Royce had thought of everything until I sat inside the unanimous choice for the #1 back seat - the Maybach 62S.

We got our own personal tour of this car, and believe me - you need it! There are so many features that you would never find all of them without some help. (-Ed Note: Hey Ellen, don't forget to tell our readers how hard it was to actually get the chance to sit in the car. After going through a background check -- ok handing the rep our biz card -- and providing proof of citizenship we were allowed into the special area. Oh.. and Ellen got her hand 'slapped' for touching the paint, did she tell you she dropped her pen and pad ON A FERRARI? Can't take her anywhere:) )
This $470K car is made for relaxation, which I'm sure the deca-millionaires that it's targeted at need after a hard day at the office. Where do I start??? Ok, let's start with the seats, which not only recline with a footrest, but also include a massage feature. If you're ready to be entertained, turn on the DVD immediately next to you, watch the screen on the seat in front of you and listen on wireless headsets. Don't worry - if you actually need to work, each seat has it's own tray table and a compartment for 2 cell phones. (-Ed Note: The tree that grows money resides in the trunk)

In need of refreshment? This ultra-luxury car comes with 2 sterling silver champagne glasses, a wine cooler and refrigerated compartment. When it's time to sleep, close the black curtains, lie back and take a view of the stars out of the translucent ceiling, which then blackens with the touch of a button.
I seriously considered selling my house to move in. Don't worry, honey, there's room for you, too!
