I Live: in Kentucky

I Work: as a laundry aide

I Talk: quite a bit once i get to know ya

I Wish: it would rain(me too Kelly)

I Enjoy:  music,concerts,camping,fishing etc...

I Look: tired

I Find: that even your best friends will hurt you sometimes

I Smell: my wallflowers ~ cotton blossom

I Listen: to a variety of music

I Hide:  my true feelings sometimes

I Pray:  often

I Walk:  some at work but need to walk on my dreadmill

I Write:  in my journal...and love it

I See:  a garden stone that says "God never gives you more than you can handle"  Jeff's best friend sent it to him when his uncle passed...and it's so pretty we keep it inside

I Sing:  all the time

I Laugh:  until i cry sometimes =)~

I Can:  be a real bitch....!!!! (haha..me too Kelly)

I Watch: Deadliest Catch, Tori & Dean,Jon & Kate plus 8

I Yearn:  to know that I make my family proud(parents,grandad,husband etc..)

I Daydream: alot

I Fall:  to pieces when my heart is broken

I Want: a cure for cancer

I Cry:  not often but when i do...either my feelings are hurt, my heart is broken or I am just emotional(PMS)

I Burn: when i first go out in the sun in the spring/summer then tan

I Read:  journals and have found some wonderful friends

I Love:  God, My family...and my doggie Beau =)

I Rode:  the Red Racer at Kings Island my senior year... it is a roller coaster that has 2 going side by side, one forward, one backwards....I was in the line for the backwards one and had no idea and once I got up there, there was no turning back....I got sick and haven't rode anything since

I Sometimes:  wish we had another chihuahua a chocolate colored one...Beau needs a buddy =)

I Hurt:  when my family and extended family are hurt(me too Kelly)

I Fear: family passing away...heights, snakes, dying by drowning or fire

I Hope:  that the next 5 days linger on and on ~ VACATION..yay!

I Break:  my diet plans often...

I Eat: when happy, when sad...

I Bathe: with body wash..could never use bar soap again

I Drink:  water, sweet tea, mt dew and diet mt dew

I Stop:  at big red signs that say STOP and red traffic lights

I Save:  all greeting cards given to me...i love them

I Hug: and love to be hugged

I Meditate:  I don't but lately it would be nice

I Play:  air guitar =)

I Miss:  my  grandma and aunt Judy

I Hold: my nieces and nephews(well youngest nephew...the oldest is 16 I highly doubt he would let me hold him anymore..haha)

I Forgive:  always..but sometimes it takes me awhile ..I am working on that

I Drive:  an Expedition

I Learned:  that life ain't always beautiful, sometimes it's just plain hard(in the lyrics of Gary Allen)

I Dream: of going to Hawaii for our anniversary someday and renewing our vows on the beach

I Have:  an amazing hard working husband

I Don't:  exercise enough

I Made: BBQ cocktail smokies for our snack day at work today

I Believe: in God

I Wait:  for my vacation hours to build up and anticipate vacations all year long(3 weeks)

I Need: to go through closets, drawers etc...

I Owe:  more than i want to...but that's life

I Hate:  the economy right now

I Feel:  happy

I Know:  I am loved

I Wonder:  what all i will get into on my vacation

I Applaud:  All parents ...especially single parents as my mom was a single mother for years ~ love you Mom!

Feeling Cranky

Monday already, damn where did the weekend go?

* My MIL and SIL birthday was this weekend, the whole family went out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse and afterwards went to my BIL and SIL's house for Oreo Blizzard Ice Cream cake and presents....they seemed to have liked their gifts which were a Kroger giftcard for my MIL and Bath & Body works things for my SIL....we were sitting around talking after the presents were opened and stuff...and my SIL asked me if I wanted a drink....well heck yeah...as I wasn't driving.....I asked her what it was, and she said something she had made up herself....consisting of Blueberry Vodka, Sprite and Wylers Lemonade packets....it was soooooo GOOD!  I'm gonna have to get some to keep on hand around the house for days like today....UGH!

*PMS is a bitch...and I am too =)

* Coworkers will drive ya to drink somedays

* I am so glad I have a 5 day weekend ahead of me...took a few vacation days surrounding the weekend.....I so freakin need it!!!

* Stimulus check+PMS=shopping

* Can't wait for Jeff to come home, I could so use a hug about now....that or a stiff drink!

Just re-reading what I had written and I am beginning to sound like an alcoholic...so I will end this now.....LMAO!!!

Cannot wait till my VACATION...it can't get here soon enough....and I haven't even got anything planned for it...sometimes those are the best kind.....go with the flow......

Feeling Crappy

BLAH!

The last couple days....I have been light headed, dizzy and nauseated....I hate this feeling...

It's been going around at work...same exact symptoms....at first i thought it may be my blood pressure....but a coworker who had been off work a couple days with it....said that is exactly how she felt...but she couldn't keep nothing down....

I sure hope I can kick this without actually getting sick....dizzy and nauseated is bad enough....  I've been working but I want to do nothing but lay down....I came home from work and slept for 3 hours....and already feel like going back to bed....

I've come to the conclusion that I may never catch up in Jland....I may just have to start fresh....and backtrack once I make it to your journals.....

I still think about ya'll....just don't have the energy to keep up at the moment....

Feeling Excited

Weekend review...my next concert!

    

Yesterday we didn't get to go on our fishing trip....because it took Jeff around 5 hours to finish trimming 114 shrubs...and by the time he came home it was already close to 5pm....and he was tired....I was kinda bummed cause we both have been wanting to go fishing...but we will another time....

So when he got home...he wanted to go out to dinner...so we went to Beef O' Brady's.... we had already ordered our meal(he got an O Brady burger and fries and I got a Taco salad).....and I spotted a woman that use to be the secretary where Jeff is employed....and her husband....She had seen Jeff last summer as he mowed their lawn several times....but she hadn't seen me in years....and when she looked over our way I waved...and she looked at her husband and I believe she said "that lady keeps waving at me....who the hell is it...haha"  So then she looks across our table and sees Jeff and says....omg it's Jeff...and starts giggling....they came over to our table and sat down and had dinner with us...we were there from 6:30pm-9:30.....our waiter was probably glad to get rid of us....haha!   An hour of that was spent bullshittin in the parking lot.....we had a good time....they are good people.

I only had to work 4 hours this morning cause I worked yesterday....and since we don't get any OT right now...we have to go home early one day....well let me tell you, that really hurts my feelings....NOT...haha   I gladly go home =)

I came home this morning and watched August Rush.... I really really liked it.... it's a little slow but the story is great....I more than likely will buy that movie....

I seen where Jessica Simpsons country album will be out Sept. 9th....I will be buying it....and I also will be buying Darius Rucker's cd....the lead singer for Hootie & the Blowfish...he too went country and is doing great....he has a single out called "Don't think I don't think about it".....and of course my David Cooks cd will be out in the fall too....can't wait for that!  I was so glad to hear Carrie Underwoods new single on the radio today "Just a dream".....it is one of my favorite songs on her latest album and I had been hoping it would be one of the singles....it's a sad, sad song.....it gives me chills....I just love her...she is awesome!

So i guess your wondering who I am going to be seeing in concert next....this will be my last one for awhile...possibly last one for this year...so far this year i've seen Bon Jovi, Daughtry, Kenny Chesney, Gary Allan,Three Days Grace, Seether, Breaking Benjamin...and now I will be seeing these 3 bands in a couple weeks...I cannot wait!!!!

I feel bad because the concert is on our anniversary....which is a tuesday night...and Jeff couldn't go because he will be mowing and the concert early....he has to stay on schedule....so he told me to go ahead and go with my coworker Chris and his fiance'.... I love my husband....he is so understanding and knows how much I love concerts....more than likely we will celebrate our anniversary the weekend before....like we usually do if it falls during the week...

I am so excited to see no rain in the forecast for at least the next week....the rain has been wonderful for our shrubs and plants...but I would like several days of sunshine every now and then too....
 
Speaking of shrubs....Jeff is trimming over 100 shrubs today for a local plant....he has a helper today too so it should go smoothly...I was going to help him but i think he thinks I would give up after the first 25....lmao  They picked the perfect day for it.....with a high of only 82....
 
This afternoon I believe Jeff and I are gonna take advantage of this beautiful weather and go fishing.....just enjoy a day at the lake....suppose to be some huge fish in the lake we are going to today....if we catch anything worth capturing pics of....I will take a few....
 
We didn't go to cheddars last night, Jeff wanted roadhouse...so we went there instead..it wasn't real busy....we didn't have to wait long which is unusual....we both brought half of ours home...we both got full fast last night for some reason...I guess cause it had been so damn hot....we didn't have a huge appetite.
 
We finally got the letter about our stimulus check...it should be here any day now...thank goodness....it will really come in handy....
 
I think I am fixing to buy some totes/storage bins and start going through closets and drawers and get organized better....and slowly but surely get things together for our garage sale in Sept.  it takes me that long to get it all organized and priced etc......I have ALOT of crap....
 
Anyways....I am just babbling....I'm gonna check some email, read a few journals...but not for long....it's too pretty to be all cooped up inside the house.....

Gary Allan

Gary opened the show with "Watching Airplanes"....I figured he would have made us wait for that one...but he opened with it and the crowd sang along word for word including me...I love that song!

He sang many of my favorites....although he didn't sing "The One"....maybe that song is a tough one for him to perform with all he has been through...but i know it is an amazing song.

I was soooooo impressed with Gary...he sounds even better live if that is at all possible because he sounds great on the radio already...

 

He was smokin HOT like I pictured him to be....and really knew how to work the crowd...he loved the crowd and we loved him.....

I cannot wait for him to headline his own tour....I am sooooo there.....He is amazing!!!

Jeff mowed a few yards today but it is so hot and humid he came in early...said it is miserable out there...said he may mow a few more this evening if it isn't raining...cause it's suppose to tonight and tomorrow....

He said something about going out to eat tonight.....Cheddars if I get my way...I love that place....might try something different this time around...if we do go there....sooner or later I must try the Cookie Monster dessert that Tiffany and Hadon have told me so much about....it must be delicious!

Haven't done much today but lounge around....read a few journals...and try to relax.....I am still behind on many and will get caught up eventually....

I have to work in the morning ~ Blah!
