Start with the Basics

When I first started learning Photoshop, I opened the program and looked at all the tools in the toolbox--it was totally intimidating. They're all explained in every beginner book I've seen, but I just knew I'd never remember them and what they do...so I created a 'cheat sheet." Here you go...your own personal cheat sheet. :)
This graphic is the basic layout of the toolbar in Photoshop CS2. For a great explanation of each of the buttons, go to the following website http://www.davrodigital.co.uk/toolbox.htm
The website is for a previous version, but still a valuable resource. Check it out!

I've got this one bookmarked just in case I ever decide to get Photoshop. It has always amazed me what can be done with software.
