Steelers Ring Isn't 'Flashy'

In a ceremony at Heinz Field last night, the Steelers received their Super Bowl XL rings.  As you would expect, all the players were extremely grateful to receive such an honor ... or maybe not.

LB James Harrison, after receiving his ring, said, "It's nice, I like it, but I thought it'd be a little more flashy. I'll still wear it. I'll wear it for three or four months and then I'll put it away."  I'm sure Bettis, who worked his entire career for a ring, will be thrilled to know that a mediocre third-year guy like Harrison doesn't think it's flashy enough.

Then again, Harrison could just blame Bettis and Roethlisberger.  Big Ben, who left five minutes after getting his ring, said, "I like it a lot. Me and Jerome designed it."  Great work, guys.  I only counted 25 diamonds in that ring.  Harrison wanted at least 92 to equal his jersey number.

as a patriots fan and seeing their rings(even got to try one on),the steelers ring isnot as flashy but easier to wear, nobody can take away the fact that they are superbowl champs.now lets see them lose to my pats in AFC championship(AGAIN)and bob kraft will again get those gaudy rings
