Remember that super-smart Yankees fan in the Bronx who jumped from the upper level and into the net behind home plate last year? Well yesterday he was banned from Yankee Stadium for life, which, if you've ever been in that disaster of a ballpark, isn't such a bad thing for young Scott Harper.

My real question is how does this kid, who did one of the coolest things ever witnessed at a baseball game (outside of massive sausages racing), get banned for life, yet Jeffrey Maier is free to come and go as he pleases?  That little bastard shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a stadium, unless he is there to attempt Harper's upper-deck leaping stunt, sans net.
