Redick's Secret Admirer
In what might be the creepiest columnist-to-athlete man crush of all time (worse than Peter King and Tom Brady), CBS Sportsline's Gregg Doyel as admitted that he loves J.J. Redick. This ain't no school girl gossip, Doyel's exact words: "I like J.J. Redick. Actually, that's not strong enough. Not nearly so. I don't just like J.J. Redick. I like dolphins. I like $12 appetizers. I'm in love with J.J. Redick..."
I wonder if Doyel also "likes" fantasizing about being born a woman, or dancing to Madonna albums like no one is watching, or having pillow fights in his PJs.
You can read the column for yourself, but the basic idea is that Redick is the greatest college player of all time (I just threw up in my mouth a little) and should be loved and admired, not hated.
Doyel goes on to cry about how Illinois' Dee Brown "gets national adoration" while poor little J.J. Redick "gets national abomination." National abomination? Like when Duke is on ESPN every other night and I have to listen to Vitale and Mike Patick give Redick the verbal equivalence of backseat fellatio? We are talking about the same Redick who is probably going to win player of the year, right? Yeah, he doesn't get any love at all.

I agree with redickjj04duke! He is really hot! And whoever said Tyler Hansbrough is the gayest ugliest little retard I've ever had to watch play basketball. UGH! I HATE HIM! (Yes, I am a Duke fan.) Anyway......
Chris, it's retarded that you think Gregg Doyel is gay. Lots of people LOVE JJ Redick for many reason, one being he's one of the greatest B-ball players to come to Duke. JJ does hae to deal with sh*t everyday, like *ahem* YOU *ahem* telling him he's no good at B-ball, gets all the calls, ya-da-ya-da. Everyone is just jealous cuz they don't have the JJ fire power offensedefense like Shelden, the passionate dunker like McRoberts, or the spirit like Paulus! Dee Brown and Adam Morrison are both just a bunch of bull, who think they can play B-ball. Gonzaga almost lost to the #14 seed! And Illinois almost lost to Air Force! That's just plain SAD!
Chris, watch the Blue Devils keep winning, becuz you can't do anything about it. Peace, freak.

Damn J.J. is SEXY! omigosh can't emphasize enough how damn fine he is! so he does need to be loved, and 4 the record he isn't gay, i know of someone who dated him! && to add to this he is the best college player in the country and deserves NPOY!! Adam morrison is just doing well because he plays in the WCC, were talking 30 pts a night in the ACC w/ REDICK! I <3 J.J. REDICK! That fiinnnee #4!
