Hello out there in the blogosphere!

I am Francis Duncan (a.k.a. FrancisFHD). I am part of the CoMET with Nancie and Ryan. I have been in the online community world long enough to love it and long enough to learn that I should never say, "You can't surprise me."

I look forward to learning all your tips and tricks, and will share my own tricks with you. If you have a question, post it in the Message Boards. Someone from our team, or another member, will be along to answer your question.
