Help Us Help You: NOTIFY Us

We thought it would be helpful to share how to make sure that your questions, issues and comments get to the right people so that you get quick and accurate responses.

E-mail and Attachments:  E-mail messages or file attachments that violate the AOL Network Terms of Service must be FORWARDED (using the Forward feature) to TOSReports@aol.com. No action will be taken on copied and pasted e-mail messages because they cannot be verified as authentic.  You should, as always, include any background information relevant to the problem.

Community Products Problems: We want to know when you experience a problem with one of our community products, so post a comment here in the latest blog entry. We have alerts set up so that we're notified as soon as you post a comment.  In your comment, provide as much info as possible about your experience (including links) so that we can attempt to duplicate the issue.

Community Problems: If you have individual issues related to your experience in boards or chats because of other members' behavior, here's how to get the best results:

If the content or behavior violates the AOL Network Terms of Service, then use the NOTIFY AOL button or link in the product you are using.

If the content or behavior violates Community Standards for the AOL Managed area you are in, then write to AOLPeopleMGR@aol.com.   Include a link to content in question, with as much relevant background as you can provide.

If you have any questions related to the management of AOL Community areas, write to AOLPeopleMGR@aol.com.

To share ideas for product improvements post a message to the AOL Community Product Wish List Boards.

For "how to" questions, post a note in the Community Products and Features Boards.
