We Hate It When We Have to Do This

Nancie

We've removed a few comments, which were added to the last entry, for violating our blog's guidelines, specifically the following two rules:

* It's fine to post a complaint or comment on something you disagree with; however, be respectful.  The goal of this blog and the Community Member Forum is for all of us to work together to make sure everyone has a great experience.

* Comments we deem disruptive to the experience will be removed.

We want you to be honest about your experience.  If it's bad we want to know so we can try to address it.  So, if you are concerned that a new feature or enhancement will be negative, of course you should post it here.  Ask us about it, register your concern or tell us about other issues you have with the any of the products (we'll be happy to do a blog entry on those issues in order to address them).  By all means... express yourself.  But, rude and uncivil comments or spleen venting really is not appropriate in this forum. Those behaviors violate the purpose of this blog and what we're trying to accomplish with it.

We want a dialogue with you.  Not a shouting match. Besides -- we don't want any innocent bystanders hit by shrapnel. :-)

If what you want to say and how you want to say it is in violation of the blog guidelines, you can still communicate with us by posting in our Make a Wish: Message Boards where the Board Team can read what you have to say, too.  You can also write to one of us. We'll respond. We promise.
