You've Got AIM!
Hi, everyone. Just a quick entry prompted by a comment made by rap4143 to Ryan's entry about AOL Phoneline.
Betty didn't realize that if you are an AOL member, you automatically have an AIM account. I guess we haven't done a good job advertising that benefit of your AOL account, so here's some info that may be helpful.
When you create an AOL screen name, you automatically have an AIM account created in the same name. For instance, you can reach me at nanciymeng@aol.com or nanciymeng@aim.com. In fact, I think that if I open my nanciymeng@aim.com e-mail box, I will see all my aol.com and aim.com e-mail. I wonder, if you write to me at nanciymeng@aim.com if I'll get it in my nanciymeng@aol.com box? Let's try it out. Drop me a line.
