Message Boards Update

We (Nancie, Ryan and I) watch this community pretty closely to try and answer questions that don't already have great answers by someone else. We also watch the space to know when to report problems to the product teams.

For example, this community reported to us that the Message Board search was not working properly. This was not only reported, but it has since been resolved.

There have also been a lot of reports about hyperlinks not working in sig lines. This is something that we have been reporting each time we see it reported to us, and although it isn't much, I do have a status report to give back to you.

The links not showing up in sig lines issue is being looked at for resolution in the next few weeks, once another project is completed. As always, I will be sure to report back to you when the problem should actually be resolved.

In the mean time, something that has been working (although it isn't pretty) is to include a URL in the sig line, instead of trying to hyperlink the text. I know this won't work for many of you who have great designs in your sig lines, but it does get the word out about the URL you want to promote.

If you see something that looks like it isn't working quite right, feel free to post it in the message boards, or post it in our comments so we can get the reports to the right place.
