My name is Joseph Manna (you can call me Joe) and I am excited to have joined the Community Member Experience Team. I've been using chats and message boards since I first joined AOL in 1994; although, at the time it was under Parental Controls. ;-)
AOL has a fantastic community for all of us to connect with specific niches that we may be interested in. I've made quite a few friends recently in the boards and now I am here to help even more. Message boards are a perfect way to get in touch with experienced folks who know their stuff and aren't afraid to share it.
I also own a Mac and will be happy to show you some nifty tricks you didn't know your AOL could do.
If you don't see me reviewing boards, I'm available anytime via e-mail or IM at JosephVManna. I look forward to improving your experience one step at a time. You're also welcome to drop some kudos or not in the commentary.
