If you've been reading a lot of Journals lately (or write a journal of your own), you'll notice we have been experiencing some glitches lately. First, I'd like to thank you for your patience while we iron out all of the kinks. Second, I'd like to inform you about people/places you can message to about Journal issues.
1) CoMET. Leave a comment on this blog if the service issues permit. Otherwise, you can always e-mail AOLPeopleMGR.
2) Editor Jeff. You can send him an e-mail (journalseditor@aol.com) or leave a comment in his blog, Magic Smoke.
3) Stephanie. Stephanie is the Journals product manager, so she is always active on her blog. Leave a comment or send her an e-mail at stephaniebambam@aol.com.
