Hearing none, just the Happiness in my heart!

Hello JLand crew, I can't believe it's been a year since my last entry! So much has happened. I have kept up with your journals and commenting and seeing how you all are. I was Just too busy for this journal this year. It's a busy Spring, My Easter & Greek Easter, Charles and his garden from seedlings & now we are getting ready for our week in the south... In a few weeks. The saddest thing this year was Jane died & we missed her over the holidays. The most exciting thing that happened over the year is that Charles & I are Grandparents. Charles is the proudest Papu, as Parker is his pride & joy! He will be 5 months old next week. My big new is now is: My Grant went through...  I am now  officially a matriculated student at Fitchburg State College...  Let the reading begin!  Tim is still doing well in College & Nick is doing well in his group home. Next year he will move into an apartment (with only assisted living in the daytime) with 3 roommates. Little One and Zoi are still doing great! Everyone is doing well here, I hope you are all well too...  I was so sad to hear of Kim in J land loosing her fight to cancer Dec.26. Charles & I are still engaged & plan to elope this year.

I never met Pam Hilger- we lived an ocean apart. 

 Pam died from lung cancer on Easter Sunday. We only knew each other through our journals & Emails. She will never be forgotten here in AOL J-land. And I know her journal will inspire people in the years to come. If I were a writer, I would say this would make a wonderful inspirational book about hundreds of strangers caring for someone they never met.  The goodness in J-land people & how we all wanted to inspire Pam to live. As her outlook and inspiration  touched the lives of so many strangers &  will long after she is gone. Here is a link to Pam's journal that touched so so many, she never sugar coated her condition and she tried to fight with all her might. Her spirit lives on...

 

God bless you Pam, You've more than earned your wings friend Until we talk again, kiss God for me~
