The Utterly Psychotic          Karin Kaufman

On Mar 25, 2008, I prevailed in a lawsuit regarding my claims here.

Harvey Mars has knowingly taken advantage of a helpless woman, one in psychosis. Here is what Karin has up even today on one of her company web sites:

Oh, well done, Harvey Mars. Shall we bow down before mighty Karin Kaufman and her nuclear arsenal, or shall we get her some help?

Mars charged her hundreds of dollars an hour for a lawsuit that ran two years and seven months, and even began a second lawsuit based on nothing at all.

Additionally, Columbia University psychiatry professor Dr. Robert Lloyd Goldstein made probably $10,000 off of this woman in psychosis by performing two psych exams of Karin and falsely coming to the conclusion that Karin didn't need a Guardian ad litem in her now ended (she lost) lawsuit against me. Goldstein took advantage of this woman in psychosis to suck money out of her still living fiscal body. What a creep.

NYC lawyer Harvey Mars is taking advantage of a client that he knows is psychotic, in my documented opinion.

First a word regarding defamation. A question, nor opinion, are actionable for defamation, because only assertions of facts (and untrue ones at that) qualify as triable.

Karin Kaufman is the daughter of Melvyn Kaufman, part of a rich (over $200 million) family real-estate empire (http://williamkaufman.org/), however Karin's immediate family has abandoned her.

But not before dumping $5 million (guesstimate) in her lap, and parking her in a house in Westchester County, NY, despite the fact that she needs watching to make sure she takes her meds (such as Haldol).

But now look at her. She's both paranoid and suffering delusions of grandeur.
