When my kids were little (I was a single Mom)  When my tow would ask ahat was for dinner on left over night......I soule tell them "International Smorgesbord" .  It seem to make the night more special and I never had a sigle complaint!
I was an Army Brat, so dinner in my family could be anything from Tex-Mex to Korean, to Alaskan fish stew or a New England chowder or anything in- between.

Menu sounds yummy, but then again I've always been a fat girl trapped in a thin  body. (Hehee...over 50 means a few more lb's, but hey I've earned these pounds : )  I like the idea of posting a menu for the week.  That would keep me organized and on budget.

I'd love to see your recipe for the dish from Guam.  I live in France and am experiencing all kinds of new foods, and finally have my family willing to try new stuff.  Thanks for the idea!
