Feeling Cynical
Hearing Tokio Hotel
don't even know how very special you are
laugh all you want.

ya, that was how i disguised from day to night, night to day, and the cycle repeats. And I'd get weird stares from people like "wth, its 11pm and this crazy dude's wearing sunglasses?".
I wouldn't if I could, seriously. Doesn't feel good AT ALL.

i could make them my bed :)

that just set me laughing off insanely. What do you mean "No Need to Pay Here?". Obviously, its a direct translation from the mandarin board!

you see this all over the road, it's sooooo adorable, that mickey head i mean!! and going to Hongkong each time just makes my chinese feel very very inferior. It's a pro-china thing, so I'm just going to stick with Cantonese.

and he was always the one who guided me back when I lost my way. I could see him from 1000m away.
That's basically how HK looks like. Take away Orchard, Newton, City Hall, and Tanjong Pagar, multiply 10 Geylangs, 15 Kallangs and 11 Chinatowns, you get the picture. But it's still pretty cool! At least it's really a city that never sleeps.

and i had to eat this perfect looking steamed egg everynight!you can't find it anywhere else on earth.
Anywhere out of Kowloon, at Causewaybay, looks like this..

The strange mini-bus that fetches 16 and only 16 passengers, no more, no less. And you can tell the driver to stop wherever and whenever you like!

The red taxis you see on tv dramas and finally comes right before you. A cantonese translation of TAXI is freaking weird, but they like to call it that way. I felt like punching myself when I had to speak english to them, made me look so stupid saying even 7-11 in the typical hongkong-consecutive-high-pitched-tone.

If I ever were to marry, I'd marry a hongkong guy. :) besides the monsoon, I love that place!

seriously, this is what happens when you eat subway with her.
"Which veggies do you want?"
"Er..I don't want EVERYTHING" *heehee*
if only they'd get customers like her everyday, they'd save half of everything.

Ran through pictures that day, and realised that there were so many many wonderful things in life that I want to remember!! That same damned feeling was running thru my head, running thru my head, running thru my head. I'd give anything to live the life of an SAJC student just another day!

haha, what the f***? Miss Popular- classic.

Breathing in -closed- vaccuum like lecture threatres and sweating like shits just to make impossible shots happen.

meow! This is why I told you I've become much older. Two years of hell at school made us look like we're 34 now! wtf? But I won't forget that "I think I look hotter now" coming from you! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.

this special special bitter sweet defeat. I was never proud of my school team until that very day at National. I could even feel it now.

and to the only one who can understand all the foot-stration without having to speak a single word, and the only one who can share logical views to the style of play, my one and only football lady.

the best part of it all...

man, i wish i could relive these moments again!
I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL AFTER 9 MONTHS BREAK AND NO, I'M IN NO WAY EXCITED ABOUT NUS AT ALL. someone, save me.

take me away
I don't know how and I don't know why it happened. It just did. Everything falls out of place so suddenly, and in such a short time, injected so much pain and misery, I really don't know how to deal with it.

No pain, no spain, no gain

VIVA ESPANA!!!!!!
the wrong colors for victory, but i think germany deserves a big big applaud for the brilliant effort! World Cup 2010 Deutschland!

so don't be upset sir schweini, relieve the klinsmann days!

now, thats much better!

TORRES SIEMPRE! EL NINO DE ESPANA, MEJOR!
the symbol of spain, the legend of spanish football, the name to call, the conquerer of the field, the rhythm of play, the king of my heart.

probably the best moment to remember. go go, brother casillas!

and there you go. deserving of lifting that cup after 44 years of long wait.
(sorry jelly!:( but may the force be with Chelsea this season, for once mighty more alright!! )
and not forgetting, the hundreds of people on my losers list, who owe me a treat for the spainish victory and german finals. I'd start with the Czech Republic fans and "Holland is confirm going to win Euro2008" crap-heads first. hahaha!!

the scent of dead skin on a linoleum floor
MEOW:D! Maybe if you asked me that day, which was the time I would love to go back to, I think I would tell you, the days we had spent together in school. It was the hardest 2 years, yet one of the best :)

It's Spain facing Germany in the finals. Am I a Football Psychic or what! Isn't that my prediction long long ago? Either party wins, I'd still be a very very proud fan of them!

everyone loves that poldi and schweini have brotherly love!

(this is for you anjali lahm!)

AND OFCOURSE, This would be the man to look out for in the team and he could just possibly bring the title home for the Germans!! (i'm sorry torres :( )
Best day of my life (again) for the 3rd time in this month.
I fought and worked so hard for what I've always dreamt of, for what I've always wanted. Despite stumbling along the way, today I finally got what I wanted. It's true that I'm happy, and so are my family and friends.. But then again, deep inside, I'm doubtful about it. Because sometimes things are too good to be true..

yea...take me to madrid will you?

Feeling Blissful
Hearing TH
still the best thing that happened to me
Introducing....
TEAMPOSSIBLE

haha! you see me don't you? how weird in that joe cole body, but at least i get to be part of the team, not in my dreams really! :)

and this beautiful jersey is for anjali! If I'd a chance to change my name (besides it being FERDINAND/FERNANDES/FERNANDO), I'd be a CHARLLACK. Brilliant number 9 ofcourse!

and we're proud to sign on, with cole handing it over to me. (still laughing at kuyt's face)

A living example of a mindless buyer is talking to you right now. Whatever Torres advertises for, GET IT! That is, even though the taste of pepsi is like sh*t, you should drink it whenever there's a chance to. For obvious reasons.

And this brilliant image is already out in store walls. I can't believe I spent 15minutes staring at it in a shop. Keep a lookout!

He can make green look less disturbing :)

"God Save The Queen" sings England
"God Save The Kid" sings the Scousers.
EURO 2008 SPAIN

oh, when can i get to be one of these lucky kids! I'd pay any price to be a spectator!

The Best of Spain

ahhh...watch it! don't crushcrushcrush him to death!

damn buffon!

time to get up, sucker!

Thank you for making it this far!!

Just as I thought it was going to be another Champions League final nightmare, Fabregas put me to sleep safe and sound at 5.45am.
I told myself, I wasn't going to suffer the same distraught after an almost 3 hour match, trying to keep my damned eyes awake, just to see Torres substituted in the 2nd half, but that's not the main point. I was praying hard not to let the same fricken thing happen at the penalty shoot-out, Chelsea broke my heart, but Spain kept my faith alive all over again! Casillas is such a hero!
I even woke my mom and dad up (to get ready for work is an excuse) to celebrate the win, and informed almost the entire world about it. Kept jumping up and down all morning and laughing myself to sleep. Even if I had to wake up for fricking work 2 hours later, I woke with the thought of victory (and for the first time in 3 months, i was so on time!) What the heck? Football really can make me insane.
ITALIA IS GOING HOME!
Anything can happen in football! Netherlands is a perfect example of a shock exit. As far as I want a Spain vs Germany final, it will hurt to see one of them knocked out! But then again, 1st and 2nd place isnt that bad of an idea huh? ;)

THE BIG STORY; SUB-ZERO LIVE! @ SC

14th June was the best day of my life :D I suppose it was the last time I would have a helluva fun at this place that's home to me. When solid alcohol runs through your veins, with the best company and music at minus zero, what more can you ask for?

pre-greenscreen product

This is like an exchange programme! A swap of workplace, ahhh..these people finally get to experience the extreme weather change I always go through. And ofcourse, they'd prefer -8 to 34 degrees.

Thanks for the memories!

the warmest place in the coldest place!

well, don't play it down because you gotta surrender when its time for you to do so. you appeared at the right time, at the right place where it all happened. and I'm glad you were there to spend that moment. Even if I can't hold it too well the next time, at least I'll remember that you'll be there to put it all in the right place. What more can I say? :)

UEFAEURO2008
24 long months of awaiting, 2 hours away from the moment. How ironically dreadful. :) But I'm loving every bit of it.
Not to mention, in preparation for this 1 month long battle, I've already started to turn my life-clock around. Which means, I work night and sleep in the day. That's what you do when you gotta stay up every 12am to 5am.

Terry and his men can sit back and watch, which will be quite a torture, but at the same time, it'll be a relief to avoid another embarassing England exit. Inspite of the fact that England are always under-performing, they'll always be the popular team.

Lots of drive, all fired up, have powerful players when they're individuals, but tend to fall short as a team. Therefore, even though I'm a fan of Porto, I doubt they'll be champions. And this is the only time I'm a fan of Cristiano Ronaldo, which was exactly where I noticed him 4 years back.

Presenting to you your VANDERRRR-(insert name) family. Underdogs, underdogs, underdogs. Maybe they'll last as long as the quarter-finals? But yet, this is almost every boy's secret dream team.

Fratelli, Italia! Our champions of WorldCup06'. Aggressiveness and hunger for the title brings you far. It feels so painful to say, a team of dirty players, yet, I still love some of them as individuals. While the rest, deserve the label "Bastards". Then again, no one would want to see them crowned as Champions again.

With no Brazil for competition, the most popular team vote goes to them.
Wonderful creation, made up of professionals and players with great experiences. France is all about pace, calmness, intelligence and class! Unfortunately, a team of such good gentlemens need to do-away with all the courtesy on pitch, then maybe they'll beat Italy to the title. And I think these boys deserve alot of respect :)
I'm all readyto watch Samir Nasri play though. Your-next-Zinedine-Zidane, or "Equals to Cristiano Ronaldo" some may say.

Tokio Hotel aside, my heart goes all out to Germany.
Waaaheey! I'd crown them heroes of Europe on my own. What courage and bravery shown on the pitch, what beautiful game they play and strength they display. With such versatile players and potentials, Jurgen Klinssman never had to worry about his boys. A pity, he's no longer here this year, and perhaps we'll see a brand new German play. Where's Ballack by the way?
Then again, if you think I've missed out something extremely important, or something I've always talked about and can go on for hours, I've not.
With Lots of Love&Admiration,

ESPANA! Tsktsk!! Gives me the vibes whenever I see or talk about it. Such potential in a team, so many world-class players, great courage, and more so important, the passion for Football will hand the title to them. With all that brilliance, and lots of biasness from me, it's obvious my vote goes to them. But please don't ever drop-out early and break my Euro heart again.
I decided to give ya'll a break and not mention the F word. I'm not talking about fuck. I'm talking about the one standing on the extreme right hand side of the picture. He's my greatest motivation for the team. And the best thing is, he'll not be in the damned wrong red-colored jersey this month. You get what I mean.

Feeling Productive
wouldn't it be great if we were dead
I wish life would be back in my own hands now. I've been pondering over the same damn thing over and over again these days, but ultimately, I still come to the same conclusion. Although it may seem to get better each time, but everyday, I die alittle more inside. That's what you get, when your life is in someone else's hands.

blame it on lady luck, not drogba, not terry, not grant
This is the first time I'm feeling so intensed. This time, it really hurts so much I had to cry. Knowing that this game means so much to me, that I put my heart into it, it had to crush me into a gazillion pieces. 3/4 of the world had seen it coming, but not me, not me.
I want to believe, but believing only makes me sick. Having to watch those dreams fall from such great heights is insane. Witnessing all the taunts and celebration, undeserving laughter intertwined with disappoinment, agony and pain, from every inch of that worthy body is the hardest part of it all.
And in the end, I'm left with nothing to say. Nothing at all. I can only look on in dismay at 6am in the morning, and I swear it felt the worst in 900 games. This, ONLY the real fans can understand.
The news and ya'll can go on bragging about how ManchesterFUnitedCaretheKingsofeurope, I don't give a damn about the critics. Congratufuckinglations for the marginal win but you know it too well who deserved to lay hands on that silverware more than you dirty divers. But make sure you shut up about Chelsea. Therefore, DO NOT ever mention this day to me ever again (at least not until we lift the next cup & stamp on those bloody faces)

And my greatest strength for you is standing forever by you boys, knowing that one day we'll take it home to the bridge again.
such brilliance in the game, what a cruel price to pay.

Feeling Mischievous
you said it won't feel a thing
Whatever tomorrow brings, i'll take it one day at a time. Cause lately it seems, everything needs to be done this way. The call for death is over, the wait's over, so what do we do next?
You could have slit yourself on the wrists or drowned yourself in alcohol that night. Rather than sitting there, lamenting over your faults and puffing 30 cigarettes into my face, hoping I would understand your plight. I'm sorry, I can't bring myself to listen to anything you have to say. You chose your own life.
I feel ridiculous if I ever thought of ITE in a bad way. Spending 3 days there at their convocation ceremony really made me open up to so many things and different kinds of people. True enough, there're always bad blood around, but besides that, everyone's so brilliant & vibrant there! And they certainly have cooler kids than those we have at school.
SINGAPORE SPORTS COUNCIL NINTENDO WII OPENING

NDP 08 PRE-PARTY @ THE ARENA LIVE

CANTOR FITZGERALD @ CAFE DEL MAR; SENTOSA

A quiet desperation has builtinside us, but I've got to remember that this is just a game.
Meanwhile, tomorrow's the last showdown, and we'll paint the town blue! The whole world's gonna crash to bars,stadiums,homes,out-door screens and fan-hideouts for the all year round most exciting match. Even kopitiams are gonna be crowded with bengs and uncles. Imma keep my hopes alive and celebrate. Long Live Champions of Europe-to-be-Chelsea!
