UEFAEURO2008

24 long months of awaiting, 2 hours away from the moment. How ironically dreadful. :) But I'm loving every bit of it.

Not to mention, in preparation for this 1 month long battle, I've already started to turn my life-clock around. Which means, I work night and sleep in the day. That's what you do when you gotta stay up every 12am to 5am.

Terry and his men can sit back and watch, which will be quite a torture, but at the same time, it'll be a relief to avoid another embarassing England exit.  Inspite of the fact that England are always under-performing, they'll always be the popular team.

Lots of drive, all fired up, have powerful players when they're individuals, but tend to fall short as a team. Therefore, even though I'm a fan of Porto, I doubt they'll be champions. And this is the only time I'm a fan of Cristiano Ronaldo, which was exactly where I noticed him 4 years back.

Presenting to you your VANDERRRR-(insert name) family. Underdogs, underdogs, underdogs.  Maybe they'll last as long as the quarter-finals? But yet, this is almost every boy's secret dream team.

Fratelli, Italia! Our champions of WorldCup06'. Aggressiveness and hunger for the title brings you far. It feels so painful to say, a team of dirty players, yet, I still love some of them as individuals. While the rest, deserve the label "Bastards". Then again, no one would want to see them crowned as Champions again.

With no Brazil for competition, the most popular team vote goes to them.

Wonderful creation, made up of professionals and players with great experiences. France is all about pace, calmness, intelligence and class! Unfortunately, a team of such good gentlemens need to do-away with all the courtesy on pitch, then maybe they'll beat Italy to the title. And I think these boys deserve alot of respect :)

I'm all readyto watch Samir Nasri play though. Your-next-Zinedine-Zidane, or "Equals to Cristiano Ronaldo" some may say.

Tokio Hotel aside, my heart goes all out to Germany.

Waaaheey! I'd crown them heroes of Europe on my own. What courage and bravery shown on the pitch, what beautiful game they play and strength they display. With such versatile players and potentials, Jurgen Klinssman never had to worry about his boys. A pity, he's no longer here this year, and perhaps we'll see a brand new German play. Where's Ballack by the way?

Then again, if you think I've missed out something extremely important, or something I've always talked about and can go on for hours, I've not.

With Lots of Love&Admiration,

ESPANA! Tsktsk!! Gives me the vibes whenever I see or talk about it. Such potential in a team, so many world-class players, great courage, and more so important, the passion for Football will hand the title to them. With all that brilliance, and lots of biasness from me, it's obvious my vote goes to them. But please don't ever drop-out early and break my Euro heart again.

I decided to give ya'll a break and not mention the F word. I'm not talking about fuck. I'm talking about the one standing on the extreme right hand side of the picture. He's my greatest motivation for the team. And the best thing is, he'll not be in the damned wrong red-colored jersey this month. You get what I mean.
