The Farmington Children's School TURKEY TROT 5K Trail Run/Walk & Kids 1k Fun Run

When:  Saturday, November 17th at 9:00 AM

Registration: 7:30 AM to 8:50 AM at Whistle Trail Parking Lot . Arrive early or pre-register to avoid the rush!

Entry Fee:  PRE-ENTRY FEE:  $10.00 with 2 non-perishable food items.  $15 on race day with 2 non-perishable food items.  Kids Fun Run $2 with 1 non-perishable food item.

Directions: Traveling on (US-2 / ME-27). At first set on lights Turn LEFT onto ME-4 / US-2 / ME-43 / MAIN ST.
At first stop light turn RIGHT onto BRIDGE ST / ME-43.  Then turn LEFT at the first four way intersection onto
OAKES ST.  The Whistle Trail is on the RIGHT.  Traveling on WILTON RD / US-2 / ME-4 turn LEFT onto
OAKES ST just before Rite Aid.  The Whistle Trail is on the Left.

Awards: First male & female overall, Turkeys to 1st place finishers male & female 15-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.

Post Race: Great refreshments and food provided.

I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any
decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated
with running this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effect of
weather (including rain, wind, and snow) traffic and the conditions of the road, in consideration of your
accepting my entry. I, fur myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the
Farmington Children's School and all other sponsors, their representatives, and successors from
all claims of liabilities arising out of my participation in this event.
