Department of Personal Aesthetics - U Street

I'm not usually the best source of advice on grooming for men. Regular showers, some dedorant and lotion plus regular visits to Edges Barbershop and I'm good to go. But last Sunday, at the invitation of my friend Filosa, I hit Saigon Nail for a mani-pedi, short for a manicure and pedicure. I have to tell you, it was kind of sweet. At Saigon, they seat you in a massaging barcalounger that has a vibrating footbath attached to it. Then out come the various instruments and the lady, (or gentleman), who simply goes to town on your extremities. As for the rest, well, that's kind of personal. All I can say is, my feet definitely won't fail me now. Afterwards we went to Pop to look for penguins. Then we hit Rice for a late lunch. It's all good on U.
