What does the word Pong mean to you? How about Asteroids, Centipede or Lunar Lander? That's right, they're video games from back in the day. With the new Atari Flashback 2.0 coming out soon, you can get old-school like you used to for only $30. Until they hit the stores, download classic video games for free right here.

In music news that can only be described as awesome, KCRW, my favorite radio station, will begin promoting shows in DC. How can a station based in Santa Monica do shows 3000 miles away? Why ask why? Their first one is the Pixies, who will be at the Meriweather Post Pavilion. Bloc Party opens. Another great show not to miss is Earlimart. They hit Iota next weekend.

Michael, this entry is the hotness. Thank you for it.

PS -- I'm volunteering for KCRW Presents in DC. Which so far has meant nothing, but I'm here if they need me!

PS2 -- Which Earlimart song would you absolutely, positively recommend?
