Hearing the new Bright Eyes (run, don't walk)

Lip Service: A-Rod & Schilling

Considering A-Rod and Schilling's recent verbal exchange, I'm really, really, really hoping the Bloody Red Sock takes the hill on opening night vs. Randy Johnson and the Yankees in the Stadium 10 weeks from now.

A-Rod: "I just hope he continues to talk about me and my teammates. It's going to give us great motivation to beat him up in the future. We beat him a couple of times during the year and he was crying on the bench. And then he lost Game 1 and he wouldn't talk or anything. And obviously, he wins Game 6 and then he's still talking 'till today."

Schilling: "It's not true. I talked after Game 1. I don't care what Alex says. When someone says that, you consider the source."

 Unresolved Issues

1/23 update: Many Go; Few Understand says to A-Rod, "Worry about your four-year decline instead of fixating on the team that beat your face."

Steve Miller says it best: Go On Take The Money And Run.

A-Rod should take that as his theme song evrytime he strides to the plate. He leaves Seattle and they improve and almost make the series. He leaves Texas and they improve also. He joins the Yankee's and they provide the BIGGEST CHOKE in sports history( I love it i'm a sox fan). I was glad when we didn't get him. You talk about a crybaby primadona and you'd see a-rods picture. Sure he can seem all happy and freindly on the field talking and laughing during the games but when you get paid his salary and don't produce it has to affect the other 24 players on the team. I basked in his 0-fer for a series and taking some big chokes during the ALCS. Keep talking A-FRAUD and you'll be remembered as the worst signing in the history of the game. While you have h\great numbers for a SS it's lucky you moved to 3rd  because you wouldn't have lasted much longer at SS anyway.

    YOU SUCK.
