Monday Morning Bloggers

As I'm wont to do over at my Pigskin Bloggers site, Sunday Night Pigskin and Monday Morning Bloggers have been posted. Both updates are essentially the same type of thing, it's just that the former contains NFL fan blog entries posted by 9 PM ET last night, and the latter contains entries posted by 11 AM ET this morning. Here are some highlights to entice you to click over:

· "If, in the future, someone asks you for a numerical representation of Rodney Harrison's value to the Patriot defense, you can answer them by doing nothing more than circling Drew Brees' stat line from today's game." [Belly Check]

· "The fact is we kicked the Patriots proverbial ASS! It was like Lennox Lewis vs. Butterbean. I kept singing a song they always play at Charger home games when big hits are made, "BOOM! Here come the boyz from the south, HA! HA! How U like me now!?" P.O.D. knows how to say it best, SD's finest border band. Payment Upon Death, could we have driven the 1st nail into the coffin of the end of an era?" [Bolts Blog]

· The Mannings, McNabb and Brees defined the moment instead of letting the moment define them. [Remembering Oldie's Moldies]
