Alex Ovechkin and Andrew Bynum Rule
Two insta-classic shots made by NHL and NBA rookies earlier this week are worth posting for posterity...
Ovechkin scores while sliding across the ice on his back (thank to Off Wing for the link)
Bynum dunks on and takes a 'bow from Shaq (thanks to Roundball Bloggers)
Off Wing calls Ovechkin "the best pro athlete in DC by a country mile, and Roundball Bloggers says Bynum would've been the top pick in '07 draft if he'd gone to college. Both players have the internet goin' nuts.
Bonus: The Washington Post has dissected the Ovechkin goal as if it were the Zapruder film.

That Ovechkin goal is the sickest thing I've ever seen in hockey. Unbelievable and inspiring.

what was going on, the different in this case is if he would have puch , or hit him
he would be sue for a, mill$$ in my case that i'm poor they will give me $200.00
